We are pleased to announce our own brokerage company, Smith & Smith Realty, LLC. Small is the new Big! In the changing real estate environment we felt it necessary to break away from the "big brands" in order to give you a more "hands on" and "high tech" approach to your real estate needs. We are doing things differently than any real estate company I know to sell or buy a home and that includes a much higher level of service. We are specifically a client centric model putting you first above the "brand" or "agent". I think it's about time, don't you?
Our talent is pooled together to give you a unique approach to all kinds of real estate- including residential, investment and commercial services. Prior to striking out on our own we were with Keller Williams for 8 years. We are not part of a huge group or team and we consider ourselves a niche or boutique alternative to the typical Realtor song and dance. You will work with us, not a third party person that you are assigned to.
Because of technology we are very efficient and a vertical operation that does not need a lot of layers of agents or brokers. We know all the latest real estate tools and use them to help you take the stress out of moving, buying or selling a home. You will get exceptional service from us.
