Well, the time has come. Consistent price increases for the last two years has finally happened.

Take a look at the price trend chart below:

The blue bar is the city of Plano and the red bar is West Plano zip code 75093. You can hover over the bars to see pricing trends from the previous year. A 11% median price increase for Plano is very positive news. In 75093 if you have a home under $400K, changes of it selling quickly are excellent. As of today, there are only 26 units under 400K!
