This was announced a couple days ago, Windhaven Place One will be the first LEED Silver-certified building on Haggard’s commercial property.

In case you don’t know who Haggard Property Group is, they are the original farm owners of Plano land back from the 1850’s. If you see an empty track of land being farmed by the tollway, it’s probably Haggard.

Windhaven Place One will be located at the corner of Parker and the tollway close to Windhaven high end residential homes.

West Plano Village, which is part of this development (announced earlier this spring) will house an Eatzi’s and condos for sale like West Village in Dallas. Just a mile or so North is The Shops at Legacy.
