Collin County’s Largest Master Planned Community – Parker Lakeside

With 4.5 miles of Lake Lavon shoreline, just off Parker Road six miles east of Central Expressway in Plano, is Huffines Communities new 1,600 home master-planned community, Parker Lakeside.  Coupled with rolling hills and extensive lake frontage makes the development an attractive development. Homes will  range in price from $260,000 to a million dollars for lakeside homes.

The project is scheduled to start in early 2014.  This development is the largest tract of land for a new master-planned community between LBJ north to North Highway 121 and from the site west to I35.

TAKEAWAY: The continued demand for new homes, in the corridor north of LBJ up Central Expwy to 121, and the roadway transportation infrastructure of this geographic area will be a boom for the East Plano market.
